Do you offer bulk orders for groups or resorts?
Yes, we can absolutely do this. Please fill out the form on our Group Orders page and we will assist you with your order.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards, as well as other secure payment methods such as Apple Pay, Google Pay, Shop, PayPal, and Venmo.
Can I modify or cancel my order after placing it?
Once an order is placed, we begin processing it right away. If you need to make changes or cancel, please fill out the contact form above as soon as possible and we will do our best to assist you.
Shipping & Tracking
How do I track my order?
Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this number to track your order through the shipping courier's website.
How long will it take to get my item?
Shipping time can vary depending on your location. Since our store is brand new, if you order right when we launch in March, we expect that there will be a 2-3 week timeline for delivery due to a very high volume of orders.
Where are my items shipping from?
All Fan Shop items will be shipped from Maine.
